Can I white-label the reports?
Yes! On the Pro plan and above, you can add your agency logo and brand color to all PDF reports. Reports show your branding, with a small "Powered by Purple Crib" footer.
How often are sites audited?
Free tier: manual audits only. Starter and above: weekly automated audits plus on-demand audits. You can trigger an audit anytime from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription from the Stripe customer portal. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Pricing is in Nigerian Naira (₦). For USD/AED pricing, contact us on WhatsApp. We service agencies in UAE, US, Canada, and Nigeria.
Is there an API?
Pro and Agency plans include API access. Trigger audits, retrieve scores, and integrate WebMCP monitoring into your existing tools.
How do team accounts work?
On the Unlimited plan, you can invite up to 10 team members to your agency dashboard. Each member gets their own login (email + API key) and can run audits, download PDFs, and email reports. Admins can add, disable, or remove members at any time from the dashboard.
What's the difference between Admin and Member roles?
Admins can do everything — manage team members, update branding, add/remove sites, and run audits. Members can audit sites, download PDFs, and email reports, but cannot manage the team or change agency settings.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Unlimited to get team accounts?
Yes! Upgrade anytime from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Your existing sites and audit history carry over, and you can immediately start inviting team members.
